We ship Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the blockchain confirms your payment.

  • Cold-chain packaging: included on peptides that require it, at no extra cost.
  • Discreet packaging: no exterior branding on the outer envelope or box.

Returns

Because these products are sold for research use and are temperature- and tamper-sensitive, we cannot accept returns on opened vials, punctured caps, or vials with broken tamper seals.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will replace the affected items at no charge or refund the affected line in the original cryptocurrency at the original USD transaction amount.

Refunds

Refunds on eligible items are issued in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment (BTC or USDC), at the USD amount originally transacted. Blockchain network fees required to send the refund are netted from the refund amount.
