What's the typical purity of your peptides?
Our minimum spec is ≥ 98% purity as confirmed by HPLC on every lot. Many SKUs test ≥ 99%. The exact batch-specific purity appears on the Certificate of Analysis that ships with your order.
How do I get the COA for my batch?
A matched COA ships inside every order. If you need a digital copy, email [email protected] with your order number and lot ID — we typically reply within one business day.
What's in the vial besides the peptide?
Standard cryoprotectant excipients used in lyophilization (typically mannitol or trehalose, depending on the peptide). The full excipient list is published on each product page. Nothing else — no preservatives, no flavoring, no fillers.

Why is checkout crypto-only?
Card processors and traditional ACH networks prohibit research peptides in their acceptable-use policies. Rather than risk an abrupt shutdown mid-order, we launched on BTC and USDC, which settle directly without a third party reviewing what you bought. It's faster, more private, and doesn't put your order at processor risk.
Which coins do you accept?
Bitcoin (BTC) on the Bitcoin network and USD Coin (USDC) on Polygon. USDC-Polygon has the fastest confirmation (under two minutes typically) and the lowest network fee, so it's usually the easiest option.
What's the minimum order?
$20 USD. This ensures on-chain fees don't consume a significant share of the order value.
How long until my order ships after I pay?
Your order moves from Pending Payment to Processing automatically once the blockchain confirms the transaction (5–20 minutes for BTC, under two minutes for USDC-Polygon typically). Orders ship within 1–2 business days of entering Processing.
What if I pay the wrong amount or send to the wrong address?
Email support immediately with your order number and the transaction hash. Underpayments can usually be topped off; overpayments and incorrect-address transfers need to be resolved case by case.

United States only at this time.
How do you ship temperature-sensitive peptides?
Gel packs and insulation in an insulated shipping envelope or box for peptides that require cold-chain. Standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail; rush shipping is available on request.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. No external branding identifies the contents. Return address is a neutral mailing address.
How should I store products when they arrive?
Unreconstituted lyophilized peptides: refrigerate at 4°C for short-term use, or freeze at −20°C for long-term. See our Research & Safety page for full storage and reconstitution guidance.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product I opened?
No. Opened vials, punctured caps, or vials with broken tamper seals cannot be returned or refunded for safety and chain-of-custody reasons.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We'll replace damaged items or refund the affected line in the original cryptocurrency at the original transaction amount.
